Defining Environmental Security as a National Security Issue

In the 1990s, globalization created a wide-ranging plan regarding security and environmental issues at state level. Hence, global actors aimed development goals have caused rapid depletion of environment, by recognizing natural resources as production factor in process. The aim this paper is to explain nation-state main problem solver problems terms relationship between environment. This article examines role due national level importance environment society's struggle for survival.
